svip8 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register an Account and use the svip8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. svip8 strictly enforces this age requirement and will require documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process before any withdrawal is approved.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through your svip8 account settings or through any third-party responsible gaming programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the Account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or director of svip8, nor a close family member of such a person.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the svip8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and any other information requested by svip8 during the registration process or at any subsequent time during the KYC verification process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. svip8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify svip8 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

svip8 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. Registration approval does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

Before processing any withdrawal request, svip8 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. The purpose of KYC is to verify your identity, confirm your age (21+), and ensure the security of your Account and funds.

As part of KYC verification, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your national ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document confirming your date of birth, confirming you are 21 or older.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and residential address in Indonesia, dated within the past three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, etc.) belongs to you.

svip8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with svip8's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or by our licensed payment processing partners.

svip8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Indonesian Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• Indonesian E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt by our payment processing system. Standard processing time is under 60 seconds for e-wallet deposits and under 5 minutes for bank transfers. svip8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. svip8 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your Account balance must be met in full before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business hours during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day.
• svip8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting svip8 support constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, svip8 reserves the right to suspend the Account and pursue recovery of any funds reversed via chargeback.

svip8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a specified wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement). Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus must be wagered twenty times before withdrawal).
• Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, Bonus Funds contribute to wagering requirements at the following rates: slots at 100%, live casino games at 10%, sportsbook bets at 50%.
• Maximum permitted bet while a bonus wagering requirement is active is Rp 50.000 per round or spin. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• svip8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or technical error.
• One bonus offer per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless otherwise stated.

All games available on the svip8 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, scratch cards, and sportsbook markets — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market.

svip8 sources its game content exclusively from internationally certified software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), NetEnt, and Microgaming. All slot games operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems that produce outcomes independently of any previous result. RTP (return-to-player) percentages for individual slot titles are available on request from our support team.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the following rules apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on the part of svip8 or its game providers, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's Account balance.
• If a disconnection occurs during a live casino hand or spin that can be reconstructed from server logs, the result recorded by the server shall be treated as final.
• svip8 does not accept responsibility for disconnections caused by the Player's own internet service provider or device.

For sportsbook markets, odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds and stake are locked. Void bets will be refunded at the original stake amount in IDR.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the svip8 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by svip8.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers a bug must report it to support immediately. Exploitation of a known bug will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any content, data, or software from the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing svip8 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

svip8 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this clause and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, without prior notice.

svip8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of its Platform. We provide the following tools to all registered Players at no cost and without requiring any approval process:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings.
• Time-Out: Activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which you will be unable to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion of up to 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion is applied immediately upon request.
• Reality Checks: Enable session time notifications to remind you of how long you have been playing.

svip8 does not offer credit or loans for the purpose of gambling. Players are expected to wager only with funds they can afford to lose.

All content on the svip8 Platform — including but not limited to the svip8 name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of svip8 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of svip8.

svip8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

svip8 will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to operate the Platform — including payment processors, game software providers, and fraud prevention services — or where required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, svip8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Any loss of data or business opportunity.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
• Any loss arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunction, or third-party service failure.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

In all cases, svip8's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by svip8's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

svip8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Where continued operation of the Account would expose svip8 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting svip8 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Funds balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements being met.

Dormant Accounts: An Account with a positive Real Funds balance that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. svip8 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Account holder at the registered email address. If no response is received within 30 days of notification, a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 may be applied until the balance is depleted or the Account holder resumes activity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. svip8 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and svip8 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Players should contact svip8 support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent svip8 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests.

svip8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as those that affect Player rights with respect to deposits, withdrawals, or bonus conditions — svip8 will provide at least 14 calendar days' advance notice by email to the registered address on the Player's Account, and by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and return of any Real Funds balance.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at svip8.bio/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into force.
